Core Strategy Issues & Options Consultation

The Council is currently preparing a Core Strategy. Forming part of the Local Development Framework, the Strategy will influence what Nuneaton and Bedworth will look like in 2026 and will have an impact on the kind of place it will be to live in, work in and visit.
This consultation seeks your views on an Issues and Options document which will inform what goes into the Core Strategy. The Issues and Options document outlines what the Borough is like now, what issues we face and how much development, such as new homes and employment, will be required over the next 17 years. It puts forward a vision for the future of the Borough and a number of options that could deliver that vision.
Through this portal you can view the Issues and Options document and make comments. To add comments click on the ‘Add Comment’ tab and enter your comments in the form provided. You can then either submit your comments or save them and submit them at a later date by clicking on the relevant buttons. Your comments will then be processed before being made publicly available.
